The 2009 Golden Vista Sewing Room Quilt show was a resounding success on a sunny March 14th afternoon. In addition to the many volunteers there were 440 paid viewers including many from out of park. There were many Quilts, Wall Hangings and other sewing projects on display plus lunch was served by the Vista Voices on the patio.

Bernina Southwest Quilt & Sew provided demonstrations, and sold patterns and sewing notions for the viewers.

The viewers voted on the projects and the Best of Show winner was: Marylin Schmeil
