2010QuiltShow

The 2010 Golden Vista Sewing Room Quilt show was very successful on a sunny March 13th.  Set up started at 8:30 organized by Foster Richardson who would also act as MC.  The Sewing Room elected to have  Viewers Choice in five Categories: Bed Quilts, Small Quilts/Wall Hangings, Wearable's, Other Household Items and Best of Show.  The Quilt show was a rousing success, in addition to the many volunteers there were 451 paid viewers, many from out of park.

Bernina Southwest Quilt & Sew provided demonstrations, and sold patterns and sewing notions for the viewers And Provided a $50 gift certificate to the lucky winner of their drawing.

Lunch on the Patio and Navajo Room was provided by Vista Voices.
