The Golden Vista RV Resort Association, Inc. like all homeowner associations has the rights, powers and duties of a corporation. Corporations are operated by their directors and officers. In associations, the directors do even more by performing all of the association functions, although they may delegate specific tasks to others. The 1075 association members of Golden Vista RV Resort are like shareholders. They have an interest in the corporation but don’t run the association. Seven  owners are elected to the board to do so.  The current board is as follows:
