The meeting was held in the Ballroom from 9:30 am to about 11:45
am. About 250 were in attendance.
In regard to the meeting, one owner (Dick Greener #769) stated in
a email:
"As I sat there and heard each of the speakers talk
about the different aspects of the maintenance and capital
improvements that will keep Golden Vista the choice retirement park
in AJ, I was so impressed with the quality and depth of information
that was available. What a breath of fresh air to hear
what is needed and why and what the priority should be with all the
main people together and sharing the moment. The Board,
the P&D committee, supporting committees and the resort manager, all
working together in clear easy to understand terms to present the GV
story to keep our resort a highly desirable park to own and reside
in. This is the first time in the 17 years I have been in
Golden Vista that I have witnessed this kind of team work with
positive enthusiasm that will result in a renewed support from the
vast majority of our residents. Congratulations to those who
have created this opportunity."
