Golden Vista has two Laundry facilities. One North of the main facility, and one South of the
facility adjacent to the Baseline entry. Both of these laundries were revised during the summer of 2010 and new washers
and dryers were installed. The cost per load for washing is 75 cents for
cold water, $1.00 for warm water and $1.25 for hot water.

Comment from Manager's Report
of July 6, 2010: The new washers in the laundries recommend
using HE Detergent. This is High Efficiency soap that is low suds.
Usually with the window on front you will not see any suds and the
natural reaction is to add more but it is worse if you add soap.
These washers are designed to remove dirt by the tumbling action and
a little soap works best.
