Resort Manager at Golden Vista

Three methods for managing the services provided by a Home Owners Association are
1. The Board can manage the services.  The web site Regenesis.net states: "
that even the smallest HOAs should be professionally managed [because of] Money and Rules. No neighbor should have to collect money from or enforce rules on another neighbor since the actions are predictably confrontational."
2. The Board can hire a professional management services company, or
3. The Board can hire a full-time manager, which is how the association services are managed at Golden Vista RV Resort.  The current manager is Larry Martin.  He has a budget, hires and supervises the employees, manages the Resort, and reports to the Board.
