2011 Summer Streets Project @ Golden Vista
The following four motions were approved
by the Board of Directors regarding streets:
3/15/2011: item
10.2--Approved $152,000 for
STREETS including the rebuild of Iron Ore for $78,100,
the rebuild
of Orecart for $36,841, and $37,059 for sealcoat, crack
sealing, patching and miscellaneous curb repair.
3/22/2011:
Item #9.3--Approved $100 supplemental assessment for streets repair
due June 1, 2011
4/1/2011: Item #5.1--Approved an additional $107,500
for STREETS from the $100/lot supplemental assessment
for a total of
$259,500 for STREETS to be spent this summer 2011.
4/1/2011:
Item #5.1--Approved
that the Street Committee recommendations regarding drainage
and
cross-gutters on Iron Ore be complied with.

be pulverized and Paved
during the summer of 2011.
It shows the following streets scheduled to be rebuilt:
