6.3 I of the By-Laws requires the Board of Directors to prominently
display the minutes of all meetings within fourteen (14) days.
This requirement is in part met by including the minutes on the Golden
Vista RV Resort web site,
Minutes should reflect what was
done, not what was said. There is a saying that "Minutes are
minutes, not seconds or hours." In other words, they should say enough
but not too little and not too much. Normally that means that an entire
meeting’s business should fit on one or two type written pages.
Minutes should reflect Board business decisions, not discussions or
opinions.

Activities Office. The Link to

The Board approved the expenditure of $6,070 for a new mower by
email. The Link to left shows the Certificate of the
