St Patrick's day started with sunshine, and lots of enthusiasm, the spectators had begin lining Mineshaft by 9:30.  The parade started promptly at 10:00 AM  With a P51 Mustang fly by then the parade lead by the Golden Vista Motorcyclists and 2 Apache Junction Police cruiser one a vintage Buick, followed by the , The Honor Guard with flags and  then the Parade  Marshals  and many of the Park clubs and Activities Groups, most distributing Candy to the spectators, The Parade was closed by a Fire Truck from the Apache Junction Fire Department.   After the parade, most spectators adjourned to the pool area for celebrations, libation and lunch in the Ball Room.
